Weight Loss Thought
I like to give myself a "free" meal on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for dinner. On those days, I can eat whatever I want. This helps me stay motivated throughout the week. Like this morning, I woke up and thought, wow it is already Wednesday. Tomorrow is my last day before I get my "free" meal.

Tip to stop nibbling our calories
Instead of nibbling on high calorie snack foods that never satisfy and leave you wanting more, eat vegetables. You could nibble on almost as many non-starchy vegetables as you want throughout the day because they are so low in calories. I would keep a huge bag of carrots on my desk and eat and eat and eat those carrots. Then I was able to keep myself from eating the junk food in between meals. Also, because I wasn't starving at meal time, I didn't over eat my breakfast, lunches, and dinners.

Columnist for the Rock Hill Herald
I am so excited. The announcement for my dietitian column is suppose to be in the Rock Hill Herald tomorrow. People will be asked to send in questions about nutrition that they would like me to answer. If you would like to send in a question for me to answer in The Herald, send it to my email at lacy@ngosweightlosscenter.com.

New Lower Prices
I decided to lower some prices because I wanted to have one of the lowest dietitian prices around. Many dietitians charge $90 per sessions and on the lower end charge around $45 per session, so I made my prices $35 per online session. So I provide a high quality service but I am one of the least expensive. I also provide more for the price. My book, dvds, menu plan, and customized plan are all included. www.ngosweightlosscenter.com.
