Stay Motivated at Maintenance Wt

Sometimes it is hard to stay motivated after you have reached your maintenance wt because you don't have a goal to work towards. So come up with your own goal like run in a 5k, complete a challenging fitness program like p90x, develop your muscles until you are able to do a pull up. Do something to keep you striving can help you stay motivated.
